Theraputic Massage

Therapeutic Massage combines many massage techniques customized for your needs on the day of your massage. Essential oils, myofacial, deep Swedish techniques, reflexology and stretching are just a few of the techniques I use during a massage session. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
